★ Character Information ★

Character Name: Murderbot, but it considers this name private and is highly unlikely to tell anyone it. It will start off by telling people its name is Rin, but then transition to going by SecUnit when people learn that it is a construct.
Character Canon: The Murderbot Diaries
Canon Iteration: Original canon
Character Age: Literal age is unknown thanks to memory wipes, but remembers least 5-6 years. Appears somewhere around mid-late 20s, and is definitely mentally an adult.
Character Species: Construct, which is a machine intelligence that combines inorganic computing and construction with cloned human tissue. Basically, think something like a cyborg (though leaning more towards machine than most other cyborgs in fiction). However, as long as it's wearing clothes and shoes that cover its arms and legs, it can pass for a very tall human (with the only notable exception being the dataport on the back of its neck).

★ Out of Character Permissions ★

Backtagging: Yes! Though if there is a very long time in-between tags (like, over a month), I can find it difficult to get back into the thread.
Fourth walling: No, would prefer not to have Murderbot recognised this way
Thread hopping : Yes, though if it's a log thread I generally like a heads-up oocly. For network, go nuts.
OOC opt-outs: Nothing I can think of
Anything else: I find large amounts of small text difficult to read, so I'm afraid I can't do action spam style tags and usually ask people to thread prose with me. I'm happy for people to keep the action spam format without the small text, though.

★ In Character Permissions ★

Physical affection: ICly, Murderbot is very touch averse, and will likely recoil from any attempts to touch it. Exceptions include things that come under 'security situations', such as picking someone up to move them out of danger (and which usually involve Murderbot choosing to initiate the contact). OOCly, I have no issue with characters attempting physical contact.
Romance: Ahaha nope. Murderbot is very, very sex and romance repulsed. OOCly, I am good with other characters attempting romantic overtures towards Murderbot, but the reaction to said overture will be complete horror.
Violence: Yes (it's a SecUnit, violence is to be expected)
Injuries : Yes, Murderbot getting horrifically injured is practically a tradition
Death: Potentially yes - please discuss with me OOCly first.
Telepathy and mind-reading: Yes, though there likely would be some differences / issues stemming from the fact that Murderbot is a machine intelligence. It does have things like firewalls and security protocols that may or may not impede this sort of thing. Probably best to chat to me OOCly to work out details.
IC opt-outs: No specific opt outs that I can think of
Content warnings related to the character: Slavery, depersonalisation and punishment/torture to enforce compliance are a central part of Murderbot's backstory. Also, as a machine intelligence Murderbot does use 'it/its' as its pronouns, which could be an issue for some people.
Sensitive subjects related to the character: As mentioned above, Murderbot is very touch-averse and will be repulsed by any mentions of sex. It will react very negatively to anything that attempts to control it.
